Refund Policy

At brasunderwear.com, we aim to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed immediately for fast dispatch. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been shipped.

However, a refund will only be issued in special cases such as if you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or defective goods. In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. After verification and inspection, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns Policy

We take hygiene very seriously, especially for bras and underwear products, therefore we follow a strict return policy.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Unused and in original packaging (if return is approved)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or worn items.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear proof (images or videos). Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund (if applicable)
